These experiences can leave you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn. In our sessions, I offer a safe and non-judgemental space where you can explore these feelings openly and at your own pace. Together, we can begin to untangle what’s going on, make sense of patterns in your life, and find new ways of coping that feel more compassionate and sustainable for you.

I know that working online or over the phone can feel strange or challenging at first, but research shows it can be just as effective as meeting in person and it often makes therapy more flexible and accessible. I also offer a free 20 -minute introductory call so you can get a feel for how I work before booking a session. Limited lower-income spaces are available.
