Hi, I’m Ben — thank you for taking a moment to learn about me and Wholebeing Wellness.
I’m a qualified integrative counsellor, dual registered with the BACP and NCPS. I offer a calm, confidential space where you can talk openly and be met with warmth, empathy, and without judgment. I'm not here to fix you — rather, I’m here to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, in your own time and in your own way.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of space to breathe, I’m here to help you feel seen, supported, and heard. I work with adults and young people (16+) around a wide range of challenges — including anxiety, low mood, trauma, identity, relationship difficulties, and the day-to-day pressures of life.
I also support individuals through a local charity offering therapeutic support and group work. This experience informs my trauma-aware, relational approach, but I welcome anyone looking for a compassionate space to explore what’s going on for them.
It’s not always easy to reach out, but you don’t have to face things alone. If something here resonates with you, I offer a free introductory call so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether we might work well together.
